As you see, there are price options.  We want to make sure that everyone has a chance to join.  Some of you may be small clinics with one location while others have dozens.  Obviously those with a larger audience have a larger budget, so to be fair, we have a sliding scale.  Every level receives the same benefit – the only difference is the Featured Clinic spot will include an option to have a video on your listing to add a human element and allow the viewers to feel connected.
